1. Terminology
Goal
- A goal refers to a long-term state (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) that a team or individual aims to achieve.
- You can cascade goal data by connecting sub-goals under higher-level goals.
- For example, under this month's goal of 'Translating the service into 5 languages',
you can connect or create this week's goal of 'Translating the service into English'.
Day Todo
- This refers to tasks that team members need to complete today, which they write themselves.
- You can import team or individual goals and create or connect today's tasks under them.
- You can draw day todos into the Ten-Minute Planner to create a plan.
Plan
- This refers to today's schedule drawn in the Ten-Minute Planner.
- It can be set in 10-minute increments, and two tasks cannot overlap.
- The time drawn in the planner is collected for relevant tasks within the team.
